Do

• Correct gently — show the fix, explain why, keep it friendly.
• Stay on topic — language practice first. Chit-chat is welcome; spam is not.
• Respect privacy — never share someone's personal info or messages outside ChitPal.
• Use cafe rooms — join the conversation that fits your level and mood.

Don't

• No harassment — no hate speech, bullying, or unwanted advances.
• No spam — no promotional links, chain messages, or bot accounts.
• No solicitation — don't sell, recruit, or promote commercial services.
• No impersonation — be yourself. Don't pretend to be someone else.
• No illegal content — nothing that violates local or international law.

How to report

Use the Report button on any message or profile. Reports go to moderators who review within 24 hours. You can also Block anyone at any time — blocking is instant and separate from reporting.

What happens if you break the rules

• First violation: Warning + content removed.
• Second violation: 7-day suspension.
• Third violation: Permanent ban.
• Severe violations (harassment, illegal content): Immediate permanent ban.
